I was thrilled with the hotel's spacious and luxurious rooms, perfect for accommodating families comfortably. The staff provided excellent service and were always friendly and helpful. The location near Dupont Circle Metro Station was convenient for exploring Washington, with plenty of dining options nearby. While the dining experience fell short of expectations, I enjoyed the alternative options available. Overall, a great stay with top-notch service and comfortable accommodations.

The staff, including Ice, Deju, Maggie, Robert, and Andy, were so welcoming, attentive, and lovely throughout my stay, going out of their way to personalize every interaction. The location was excellent, placing me in a great neighborhood within walking distance of various attractions and with a fantastic restaurant on the ground floor. The dining experience was outstanding, and all the facilities were just perfect.
